Scope Agency provides creative and strategic consulting services, including concept development, brand strategy, art direction, events and experiences, public relations, hospitality and partnerships, and private events, for clients in Europe, the UAE and the USA.
The Website is a presentation of our work and expertise. It does not constitute an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement signed between Scope Agency, LLC and the client, which sets out the scope, fees, timeline and specific terms of the services. In case of conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms.
03Intellectual property
The texts, layout, concepts and original creative materials presented on the Website are the property of Scope Agency, LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Brand names, logos and visuals of the houses, brands and partners mentioned on the Website remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. They are shown solely to illustrate projects in which Scope Agency or its team took part, and their display does not imply any ownership, endorsement or ongoing partnership. Some visuals are not free of rights.
